How do you calculate delivery fees?
Our delivery fees are based on weight, with each plant weighing ~500g due to being posted in pots.
This makes our prices as follows:
Up to 2kg = £3.95 (1-4 Sempervivum)
2-4kg = £6.95 (5-8 Sempervivum)
4-8kg = £8.95​ (9-16 Sempervivum)
8kg + = £11.95 (17+ Sempervivum)

Regarding larger orders or for those to outside of Mainland UK, please get in contact for a quote

When orders include plants which are not succulents, please check the listing for weight and postage advice​

If located within 5 miles of us and purchasing an order equal to or over £20.00, we would be happy to deliver. Please get in contact via the 'Lets Chat' Or Contact Form to arrange this.
Do you have a minimum spend?
There is no minimum spend to buy our sempervivum online, and postage starts at just £3.95!
What are my payment options?
We accept all major cards via secured payment, as well as via PayPal.
Please get in contact if you have any problems regarding this!
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Your order will be packaged with care and we aim to get to them to you with minimal disruption to the plants.
In the small chance that your plants arrive damaged, please email us with your order number and photos of the parcel and description of the damage occurred.

Please note that it may take 3-5 days for the colour to return to the sempervivum.
How quickly will you post my order?
Orders made between:
Thurs-Sunday = posted Monday
Mon-Wednesday = posted Wednesday/Thursday
I found this is best to try avoid having the plants sit in the post office over the weekend

All items will be dispatched with a courier which offers tracking - typically Royal Mail or DPD.
"My succulents don't look the same colour as in the photo!"
Sometimes prolonged time in the dark during posting fades the colour in the leaves... Also, over the course of the year sempervivum change the colour of their leaves depending on the weather conditions!

Please allow 3-5 days for the colour to return to the sempervivum.
"I am visiting Norfolk, can I come visit?"
